Q. Will that PrintCollection watermark on the image appear on my print?

A. No, that is just there to spread the word about our site. We do a lot of retouching, adjustments to color and contrast to each image so you get the highest quality reproduction available. So we like to take credit where credit is due. 

Q. What is the exact size of my print?

A. All images are printed on the size paper you select. Borders will vary depending on the image proportions of your print. Larger prints will have larger white borders, smaller prints will have smaller white borders. Of course square prints will have the largest borders in one dimension since all of our print sizes are rectangular. Please leave a notation on your order if you have any specific needs with the border, we will try to accommodate your request.

Q. Can I make a blog post with images from PrintCollection.com?

A. Sure! The best way to find the image source code is to download from the "View Larger" link to the right of the image. 

Q. What shipping service do you use and how will my prints be shipped?

A. We use the United States Postal Service and receive tracking numbers with each shipment. All prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes with plastic sleves to protect your print during the trip to you.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of when they are received. We ship all packages with the USPS by First Class mail (sometimes we splurg for Priority Service). You should get your order in the US in 2-4 days of shipping. Out of the country can take around 3-7 days depending on how far you are away. You can get good shipping estimates via the usps.com website.

Q. Do I have to use PayPal?

A. We have had no problems with our PayPal transactions but we do undersand some people just don't want to have a PayPal account. If this is you, you have two options. One is to follow our "Submit Order" button. This will take you to PayPal but you need to read the small print to pay with a CC but now open a PayPal account. Follow the smaller link that reads:

Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest

The second option is to give us a call. There you will get friendly service where you can run your credit card over the phone. Or some customers have sent us checks or money orders in the mail. That works too.
