Cernan Poses for a Family Portrait

S72-51687 (October 1972) --- Astronaut Eugene A. Cernan poses for a family portrait with his wife, Barbara, and their daughter, Teresa Dawn, 9, at their home in Nassau Bay, near the Johnson Space Center, Houston, Texas. Cernan is the commander of the Apollo 17 lunar landing mission.
I was about the same age as Teresa Dawn when this photo was taken. And my family has almost the exact photo, clothing styles, hair etc. Great slice of Americana.

I love the shirt, tie jacket combo!
My family has almost the exact same photograph. This must have been in life and all the magazines of the day. My dad is in the same type of pattern suit (so am I). And my mom has her Jackie Kennedy hair in full bloom. I have to find that!
LOVE this shot. My mom had this very same necklace, hilarious.
