Denton (Sherman Foote) born in 1856 and died in 1937 Well known for his exquisit drawings of fish, birds, and mamals when he was comissioned for several years to illustrate the New York State Fish and Wildlife Annual Report, part of the Forest, Fish and Game Commission of New York State.
