This porcineograph. Created by the Forbes Lith. Mfg. Co., Boston.

Some copy here from the poster: "This Porcineograph is copied from the Census Surveys of 1870, adding only 3 feet of territory (?) resting on Cuba, Mexico, and Sandwich Islands, and the Hydro-Cephalus from Canada. Salt Pork with Chicken fixin's. turtle Soup, Orangee and Pickled trotters. Boiled Pork and Gooseberry Sauce. Fried Pork and Barley Cakes."

This is a map of the United States in shape of a pig, surrounded by pigs representing the different states, with notations of state foods. Original color lithograph was created in 1876 by the Forbes Lithograph Manufacturing Company.
